By engaging the services of Gareth Haddon, trading as Haddon Digital Group ("the Agency"), the Client ("you") agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Services
The Agency agrees to provide digital services as agreed in writing or specified within the selected package:
- Social Pilot: Ongoing content strategy, weekly SEO blogs, short-form video reels, and organic reach management.
- Bespoke Website Development: Modern Next.js architecture, Core Web Vitals and Mobile Speed optimization, Schema.org SEO, booking funnels, and UK hosting.
- A 14-day "Snagging Period" following any new website project go-live.
2. Payment & Financial Terms
- Fixed Website Builds: Invoiced as agreed, with final balance due upon client approval before live domain pointing.
- Social Pilot Retainer: Billed monthly or annually in advance with no long-term lock-in contract.
- Late Payment: The Agency reserves the right to pause content publishing or website hosting services until outstanding balances are cleared.
3. Limitation of Liability
- Financial Cap: To the extent permitted by law, the Agency's total liability for any claims arising out of this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service during the preceding 30 days.
- Loss of Earnings: The Agency shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of third-party social account access.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
